Community guidelines

AniAnswer works because fans treat each other well. The rules are simple:

Be excellent to each other

  • No harassment, gatekeeping or "filthy casual" elitism. Every fan started somewhere.
  • Disagree with arguments, not insults. "Your waifu is trash" is not an argument.

Spoilers

  • Wrap all spoilers in ||spoiler tags|| — including in comments.
  • Mention which episode/chapter your question refers to.

Content quality

  • Search before asking; duplicate questions may be closed.
  • Answers should answer. "Just watch it lol" gets removed.
  • No piracy links. Point to legal sources instead.
  • Self-promotion is limited: share your blog/video only when it genuinely answers the question.

Moderation — how it works

Flag content that breaks the rules and a moderator will review it. Anyone can report content, including people without an account, using the report form.

  • People, not machines. Every decision to remove content or restrict an account is made by a human moderator. We use no automated content moderation.
  • You are always told why. If we remove your post or suspend your account, you get a notification and an email stating the reason and whether the decision was based on these guidelines or on a legal obligation.
  • You can object. Reply to that email, or write to the address in the Impressum, and a moderator will look at it again.
  • What we can do: remove a post, close a question, hide a comment, or — for repeated or serious breaches — suspend an account.

These practices follow Articles 14, 16 and 17 of the EU Digital Services Act. The contact point for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 is the email address in the Impressum.
