I'm on season 2 of Apothecary Diaries and the Maomao and Jinshi stuff is driving me a bit crazy. Every time something almost happens she just treats him like a weird bug lol. Does their relationship ever actually go anywhere, or is the romance just teasing forever? not asking for exact spoilers, just whether it pays off eventually.
