Saw that chapter 232 is being called the final chapter and theres no Part 3 teased anywhere I can find. Fujimoto supposedly already has something else lined up, just want to confirm this is real and not another fake ending rumor before I stop checking for updates.

Pochita eats the Chainsaw Devil concept itself so Denji can walk away from it, Denji still dies once more and gets brought back as Power's pet, and Nayuta ends up running things instead of Makima. happy enough ending, all things considered.
Fujimoto's said before he doesn't want to be chained to one series forever (heh), so don't hold your breath for a revival the way Berserk fans have had to.

For what actually happens since I know that's what you really want to know: Pochita ends up sacrificing himself to erase the Chainsaw Devil entirely, which is what lets Denji finally get a life that isn't built around being hunted for what's inside him. Denji still dies again though - Zombie Devil gets him one more time - but Power brings him back and just... claims him as her pet, which is such a Power move (pun intended) to end the whole series on. Asa, Nayuta, the dogs, Meowy and Bucky all get their moment too, it's a genuine full-cast send-off, not a rushed one.
The thing I actually love about how Fujimoto ended it is the restraint - it says "The End," full stop, not "End of Part 2." Part 1 ended with "To Be Continued" energy baked in even when it wasn't explicit, this one doesn't. That's Fujimoto being very deliberate about not leaving a door cracked open just to bait a Part 3 later.
