is the boruto two blue vortex anime actually coming out before the end of the year

theres been a bunch of trailers and a whole 10th anniversary thing for two blue vortex that made it feel close, but i havent seen an actual premiere date anywhere. Is studio pierrot even far along in production or is this still early, feels like every couple months theres a new 'its coming soon' post that goes nowhere
