why is the overgeared anime being called tempal instead of overgeared

ive been reading the overgeared manhwa for like two years and just saw an anime got announced for october, except its titled Tempal: The Power of Items which threw me off completely when i saw it on the crunchyroll schedule. is it literally the same story just renamed for the anime release, or are they actually changing stuff about the plot too
